By browsing our website, registering an account, or purchasing products from Holy Basket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

You may place orders as a guest or create a customer account. When registering:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact and delivery information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You must immediately notify Holy Basket if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

We make every effort to display the authentic descriptions, colors, weights, and images of all items sold by Holy Basket. However:

• Product packaging or natural crop color/texture may vary slightly due to seasonal harvests and display calibrations.
• All products are subject to availability. In the rare event an item becomes out of stock after order confirmation, our customer team will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a prompt refund.

All prices shown on our website are denominated in BDT and include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.

Holy Basket reserves the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. The price charged for an order will always be the price confirmed in your order summary at the time of checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an immediate SMS and/or email receipt with your unique Order Number.

Customers may request order cancellation prior to dispatch by calling our helpline at +880 1324-946016.

Delivery is executed in partnership with our logistics partner HB Own Delivery.

• The customer agrees to receive the package at the designated delivery address during courier delivery hours.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), the full bill amount must be paid upon receiving the parcel.
• Customers are requested to inspect the exterior condition of the package in the presence of the delivery representative.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our dedicated Delivery & Return Policy and Refund Policy. Any claims of damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

All content on this website—including brand logos, images, graphics, product copy, and UI design—is the proprietary property of Holy Basket and protected under intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or re-distribution is strictly prohibited.

Holy Basket shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party delivery delays caused by adverse weather conditions, political strikes, or natural disruptions beyond our direct operational control.

These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
